FTV Capital and True Wind Capital Invest in Sysnet Global Solutions

Sysnet Global Solutions received a significant growth equity investment led by FTV Capital and joined by True Wind Capital to support international expansion and accelerate development of its security and PCI-compliance product offerings. As part of the deal, partners from both firms will join Sysnet's board to support scaling across North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia and to deepen product capabilities for SMBs and acquiring organizations.
