Abenex (via Abenex Croissance) has acquired a majority stake in Prévost Laboratory Concept, a Nouvoitou, France-based contract laboratory that formulates, produces and packages cosmetics, food supplements and animal care products. The deal is supported by Arkéa Capital and founder Véronique Prévost (who remains chairman); the company employs ~30 people and generates about €8 million in revenue and will pursue accelerated organic and international growth.
