PPC Flexible Packaging, a Buffalo Grove, Illinois-based flexible packaging manufacturer, has acquired Popular Ink, LLC, a McKinney, Texas-based printer and converter of multi-colored flexible packaging. The transaction represents Highlander Partners' exit from Popular Ink and is intended to expand PPC's printing and converting capabilities and end-market coverage in food & beverage, nutraceuticals and health & beauty consumer brands.
