The add-on expands MEI's presence and capabilities across the Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio-Austin, and Houston markets and is funded with additional capital from Olympus Partners.

Olympus Partners, a Stamford-based private equity firm, has acquired MEI Rigging & Crating (MEI), a national provider of rigging, machinery moving, millwrighting, industrial storage and crating, from Dorilton Capital. MEI operates 12 regional offices across the United States and serves end markets including datacenters, semiconductors and electric vehicles; Olympus said the acquisition will support MEI's next phase of national platform growth.
