Doximity, the digital platform for U.S. medical professionals, has acquired Amion, a web and mobile on-call physician scheduling application that manages nearly 200,000 physician schedules at thousands of hospitals (including 18 of the top 20). The acquisition, expected to close April 1, 2022, will integrate Amion’s scheduling capabilities into Doximity’s physician cloud platform to enhance collaboration and engagement across its products.

Angeion Group Acquires MedQuest Ltd

Angeion Group has acquired MedQuest Ltd, a legal services firm that provides litigation-ready work products such as life care plans, future medical cost projections, and medical record reviews to support personal injury and medical malpractice matters. The acquisition expands Angeion's single-event personal injury capabilities and is the fourth add-on to the Angeion platform since Renovus Capital Partners' 2024 majority investment.

AMN Healthcare Acquires Peak Health Solutions

AMN Healthcare acquired Peak Health Solutions, a health information management company that provides remote medical coding and consulting services, to expand AMN's workforce and revenue cycle solutions. Peak Health Solutions was generating approximately $33 million in annualized revenue with adjusted EBITDA greater than 15%; the acquisition was funded with cash and borrowings under AMN's revolving credit facility and will be included in AMN's Other Workforce Solutions segment.

Aptean Acquires Medworxx Solutions Inc.

Aptean has completed the acquisition of Medworxx Solutions Inc., a Toronto-based provider of clinical patient flow, compliance and education software used by more than 350 hospitals internationally.
