KKR Acquires Home Services Franchisor Neighborly from Harvest Partners

KKR has agreed to acquire Neighborly, the world’s largest home services franchisor, from Harvest Partners for an undisclosed sum. The deal (expected to close in Q3 2021) gives KKR a platform to accelerate growth of Neighborly’s tech-enabled home services network of 28 brands and more than 4,800 franchises serving 10M+ customers.
