Texas First Rentals, a division of HOLT, has acquired Rental One, a family-owned construction equipment and storage container rental company based in Colleyville, Texas. The acquisition adds 15 locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and Central Texas, brings ~300 employees into Texas First Rentals and expands the buyer's footprint to a total of 40 locations across Texas.
