Shrieve Chemical Company has acquired the assets of Independent Contract Packaging (ICP), a Conroe, Texas-based contract packaging, blending, warehousing and distribution provider. The acquisition (ICP to be rebranded Shrieve Performance Packaging) expands Shrieve's small-packaging and blending capabilities to better serve lubricant, personal care, institutional and petrochemical customers and streamline supply-chain operations.
