Ryan, a global tax services and software provider, has acquired Northern Ireland-based Inspired Corporate Advisory Limited, a specialist tax advisory and compliance firm focused on R&D, capital allowances and patent box incentives. The deal adds roughly 16 tax professionals and two new offices (Holywood and Dungiven), expanding Ryan's regional capability in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and strengthening its corporate tax incentives and compliance offering.

Ryan Acquires Majority Stake in Dhruva Advisors
