Grant Avenue Capital, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, has acquired Performance Home Medical (PHM), a regional provider of home respiratory and sleep therapy services headquartered in Kent, Washington. PHM operates 24 locations across Washington, Oregon and Idaho and plans to use the investment to expand geographically and grow both organically and via selective acquisitions; industry veteran Larry Mastrovich has joined PHM's board as chairman.

Viemed Healthcare Acquires Home Medical Products, Inc.
