Security Fire Systems (SFS), a Blackford Capital-backed fire safety consolidation platform, acquired Lakeview Security, Fire & Communications, a North Little Rock provider of alarm, fire protection, camera and monitoring services. The acquisition expands SFS's presence in Arkansas and broadens its service offerings beyond fire sprinkler work into security and monitoring; terms were not disclosed.

C&S Safety Systems — a Louisiana-based provider of fire protection, life safety services and PPE with locations in New Iberia and Baton Rouge — will continue operating from its existing locations as part of the Summit Fire & Security platform to broaden services and expand the company's customer base in Louisiana.
