Aliter-backed Halcyon Acquires Net Solving

Aliter Capital has backed its new healthcare platform, Halcyon Group, which completed its first investment by acquiring London-based digital health data analytics firm Net Solving. The deal is intended to expand Halcyon's healthcare data analytics capabilities and grow Net Solving’s customer network and national coverage across the UK.
