Coinbase Acquires Tagomi

Coinbase has agreed to acquire Tagomi, an institutional crypto prime brokerage and electronic trading platform, to strengthen its institutional trading and custody offerings. The acquisition will allow Coinbase to offer custody, professional trading features, and prime brokerage services on a single platform for hedge funds, family offices, and other sophisticated investors.
