JDI Cleaning Limited Partnership, a portfolio company of TrussPoint Equity Partners, has acquired United Janitorial Inc. and Drake Clean Up Systems Inc. The UJ Group will continue to operate from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, with existing management and employees as JDI expands its commercial cleaning and duct/HVAC service offerings across Atlantic Canada.
