Jencap Group Acquires Russell Bond & Co.

Jencap Group LLC has acquired the assets of Russell Bond & Co., a Buffalo-based managing general agency (MGA) and wholesale brokerage specializing in Excess & Surplus (E&S) commercial lines. Russell Bond will operate within Jencap's Specialty Insurance Services division, expanding Jencap's geographic footprint and underwriting capabilities in upstate New York and the broader Northeast.
