Jonas Software Acquires RBRO Solutions Inc.

Jonas Software, an operating group of Constellation Software, acquired RBRO Solutions Inc., a Pickering, Ontario-based provider of web-based document and email management solutions for the legal and financial industries. The deal, which closed on March 1, 2022, was advised by Generational Equity and is intended to expand Jonas' legal iManage functional practice and capabilities.
