Junction Capital Partners Acquires Wilkinson Chemical (Wilkinson Solutions)

Junction Capital Partners (JCP) completed the acquisition of Wilkinson Chemical, LLC and affiliated entities, which will operate as Wilkinson Solutions. JCP plans to expand production capacity — including a new facility (Wilkinson Minerals) to produce ASTM liquid calcium chloride and food-grade products — and appointed industry veteran Rick Billings to lead the new platform.
