The Justice Family Group and Kennedy Lewis Investment Management announced the completion of a transformational joint venture for The Greenbrier, providing additional capital and expertise to strengthen and preserve the resort. As part of the deal, Kennedy Lewis appointed Lloyd Nathan as Chairman of The Greenbrier’s Board of Directors to support long-term investment in the property and guest experience.
