Knowlton Development Corporation (kdc/one) agreed to acquire Italy-based Laffon S.r.l., a specialist in make-up packaging manufacturing. The deal is intended to strengthen kdc/one’s cosmetics packaging capabilities, building on its prior purchase of HCT Group in 2020 and expanding kdc/one’s regional, end-to-end offering in Europe.
