Keysight Technologies Completes Acquisition of Spirent Communications

Keysight Technologies completed its acquisition of Spirent Communications plc for approximately £1.16 billion (about US$1.46 billion) on a fully diluted basis. Under the DOJ consent decree, Keysight agreed to divest Spirent’s high-speed Ethernet, network security, and channel emulation business lines to address regulatory requirements.

Spectral Capital Corporation (OTC: FCCN) completed the acquisition of 42 Telecom Ltd., acquiring 100% of the outstanding shares in exchange for 8 million shares of Spectral common stock (with an additional 8 million shares placed in escrow). The deal includes a contractual guarantee of at least $16 million in profitable revenue for fiscal 2025 and will integrate Spectral's AI and quantum IP into 42's messaging infrastructure to accelerate product capability and U.S. enterprise expansion.
