Salice Acquires Villes 2000 S.r.l.

Arturo Salice S.p.A. (Salice Group), a Cobepa-backed manufacturer of hinges and furniture fittings, has acquired Villes 2000 S.r.l., an Italian producer of aluminium sliding systems for furniture, interior doors and shower boxes. The deal is an add-on to Salice’s platform intended to expand its sliding-systems portfolio, leverage product synergies (including the Bortoluzzi brand) and strengthen its offering to furniture and interior markets.

Cobepa Acquires Majority Stake in Salice S.p.A.

Belgian investment company Cobepa has acquired a majority stake in Salice S.p.A., the Italian family-owned manufacturer of furniture fittings, opening systems and wardrobe accessories. The Salice family will remain minority shareholders and retain management roles as Cobepa aims to support Salice's geographic expansion and new market penetration to accelerate growth.
