Salice Acquires Atim S.p.A.

Italian furniture-hardware manufacturer Salice has acquired Atim S.p.A., a specialist in 100% aluminium-based hardware and transformable/extendable table systems. The deal expands Salice's product portfolio into a technical, premium niche and will leverage Salice's international distribution network to scale Atim's solutions globally.
