Dallas-based private equity sponsor Panos Partners completed a recapitalization of Memorial MMRI & Diagnostic (MMRI), a regional diagnostic imaging and pain management provider with ten locations across Texas. Backcast Partners provided over $100 million of senior secured debt and preferred equity to support the transaction and Panos' ownership transition and growth plans.
