Shoreline Equity Partners partnered with Mr. Greens management to complete a recapitalization of Florida Veg Investments, LLC (doing business as Mr. Greens). The transaction includes co-investment from Nuveen, investors affiliated with The Hillman Company, NXT Capital, and Mr. Greens management, and will support organic growth and pursue add-on acquisitions while management retains a significant ownership stake.

Mr. Greens Produce (Sterling-backed) Acquires Parishables Food Service

Mr. Greens Produce, backed by Sterling Investment Partners, has acquired Atlanta-based Parishables Food Service to enter the Atlanta market and strengthen its Southeast service footprint. The deal expands Mr. Greens' product offering (including specialty cheeses, oils, spices and dairy) and service capabilities (including Sunday deliveries), while enabling Parishables' founders to partner for regional growth.

Florida Veg Investments, LLC (Mr. Greens), a PE-backed produce distributor based in Miami, has acquired Cawoods Produce Inc., a regional produce and specialty goods distributor headquartered in Austin, Texas. The Cawoods management team rolled a portion of proceeds into Mr. Greens and will continue operating the business as part of Mr. Greens' add-on growth strategy to expand its footprint in Texas.

Verde Equity Partners Acquires Green‑Tech Landcare
