GHO Capital Acquires Genesis Research

London-based GHO Capital Partners has acquired Genesis Research, a Hoboken, New Jersey–headquartered provider of tech-enabled Real-World Evidence (RWE) and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) services. The transaction, which follows a prior recapitalization by Rallyday Partners, gives Genesis additional capital and European market expertise to pursue global expansion and adjacent capability growth.
