Regal Confections has acquired Kisko Products, the Canadian market-leading freeze pop manufacturer and owner of the Mr. Freeze brand. The transaction was supported by Clearspring Capital Partners and will keep the Josephs family in operational roles; the deal expands Regal's seasonal portfolio, co-manufacturing capabilities and presence in the U.S.
