Hyland Acquires Learning Machine

Hyland, a Cleveland-based content services provider, acquired Learning Machine, a developer of blockchain-anchored digital credentialing solutions, effective February 1, 2020. The purchase integrates Learning Machine's Blockcerts-based credentialing technology into Hyland's content services platform to enable customers (including higher education institutions and governments) to issue verifiable, blockchain-secured digital records at scale.
