Calgary-based private equity firm TriWest Capital Partners has partnered with The Fastener Group, uniting 15 previously separately owned fastener, tools and safety-gear locations across Western Canada under common ownership. The investment (TriWest’s first from Fund VI) will consolidate the business to drive scale, collaboration and operational improvements while keeping local service teams in place.
