Netsmart Acquires Tellus

Netsmart announced the acquisition of Tellus, a Florida-based provider of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), mobile care delivery and claims processing technology, to expand its CareFabric population health management platform. The deal adds EVV aggregation and state-level aggregation capabilities to Netsmart’s EHR-agnostic suite to help clients meet federal EVV requirements and improve care coordination across post-acute and human services markets.
