Entrepreneur Neil Hershman, owner and CEO of 16 Handles, has acquired DŌ, Cookie Dough Confections; financial terms were not disclosed. DŌ founder Kristen Tomlan will remain as Chief Brand Officer while Hershman plans to integrate DŌ products into 16 Handles locations and expand the brand's eCommerce, catering, and retail offerings.

Cookies‑n‑Milk operates a production facility in McKinney, Texas, and JTM said the acquisition strengthens its sweet goods portfolio and will leverage JTM's operations and sales capabilities to expand the edible cookie dough category nationally.
