Fortress Investment Group Acquires Loungers for £354.4 Million

Fortress Management and Mubadala Capital Acquire Fortress Investment Group from SoftBank

Fortress management and a consortium led by Mubadala Capital have completed the acquisition of SoftBank Group's 90.01% stake in Fortress Investment Group. Under the transaction, Fortress management holds a 32% equity interest (with board control rights) and the Mubadala-led consortium owns 68%; terms were not disclosed and Fortress will continue to operate independently.

Corby (Pernod Ricard) Acquires 90% Stake in Ace Beverage Group

Corby Spirit and Wine, the Canadian affiliate of Pernod Ricard, will acquire a 90% stake in Ace Beverage Group for an enterprise value of CAD 165 million, with call options to buy the remaining shares in 2025 and 2028. The deal gives Corby a stronger position in the fast-growing Canadian ready-to-drink (RTD) category and will leverage Corby's distribution network to scale ABG's Cottage Springs, Ace Hill and other brands across Canada.

Pritzker Private Capital Acquires Bardstown Bourbon Company

Pritzker Private Capital (PPC) has acquired Bardstown Bourbon Company, a Kentucky-based distiller, producer and bottler of premium bourbon and rye whiskey, with PPC investing alongside Bardstown Bourbon's management team and current investors. The deal will support Bardstown's growth by increasing production capacity, expanding its branded product presence and enhancing its experiential Bourbon Trail destination; financial terms were not disclosed.

Wynnchurch Capital exited the company; IPS management retained a minority stake and Fortress plans to invest to expand capacity and capture strong infrastructure demand across water, telecom and mining markets.
