OTC Industrial Technologies Acquires Premier Equipment Corporation and Premier Control Systems

OTC Industrial Technologies, a Columbus, Ohio-based industrial distributor and service provider, acquired Premier Equipment Corporation (PEC) and Premier Control Systems (PCS), expanding its rotating equipment distribution and control-panel fabrication capabilities across Louisiana and Texas. The acquisitions add roughly 85 employees and six locations, strengthening OTC’s presence in the petrochemical, oil & gas, and power end markets.

FleetPride Acquires OTR Fleet Service LLC

FleetPride, the nation’s largest independent distributor of aftermarket heavy-duty parts and service, has acquired OTR Fleet Service LLC, a Houston-headquartered mobile and fixed-location fleet maintenance provider with service centers in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio and more than 30 mobile units. The acquisition expands FleetPride’s service footprint and mobile maintenance capabilities across key Texas markets and provides OTR customers access to FleetPride’s nationwide parts, digital commerce and training resources.

OTC Industrial Technologies Acquires ePUMPS

OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePUMPS, a Tulsa-based provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors, which will operate under OTC's Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group. The deal expands OTC's territory coverage and service capabilities in the South Central U.S.; ePUMPS has 28 employees and three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle.

Masonite International Corporation Acquires Fleetwood Aluminum Products

Masonite International Corporation's U.S. subsidiary acquired Fleetwood Aluminum Products, LLC for $285 million in cash. Fleetwood, a Corona, California–based manufacturer of premium aluminum-framed glass door and window systems with ~350 employees and a 200,000 sq. ft. facility, will operate as an independent business unit within Masonite's North American Residential segment and is expected to contribute approximately $150 million of incremental full-year revenue in 2024.

FleetPride Acquires RPM Truck Repair

The acquisition adds six retail parts locations, two service centers, a distribution center and an OEM manufacturing division to FleetPride, expanding geographic density across the Upper Midwest and creating a new OE Solutions division to serve trailer and specialty equipment OEMs.
