Dunes Point Capital (DPC), a family office/private investment firm, has acquired Stanton Carpet Corp., a Woodbury, New York-based designer and supplier of premium branded carpet, rugs and luxury vinyl plank. The transaction, which involved funds managed by DPC alongside management and co-investors and debt financing from Antares Capital and Churchill Asset Management, represents a change of ownership from Quad‑C Management.
