Charter Health Care Group (Pharos Capital) Acquires Providence Home Health and Hospice

Charter Health Care Group, a post-acute care platform backed by Pharos Capital Group, has acquired The Providence Hospice, Inc. and The Providence Home Health Services, Inc. (collectively, Providence Home Health and Hospice), a Houston-based in-home hospice and home health provider.
