Crossplane Capital Acquires TransAxle LLC

Dallas-based private equity firm Crossplane Capital has acquired TransAxle LLC, a Cinnaminson, New Jersey-based national remanufacturer and distributor of heavy-duty truck drivetrain components. Crossplane said it will work with TransAxle's management to expand the company's national market presence, product offering and continue investing in its remanufacturing and distribution capabilities.
