Lone Wolf Technologies completed the acquisition of W+R Studios on December 8, 2020, adding W+R's Cloud CMA and related products to Lone Wolf’s Agent, Broker, and Association Cloud suites. The deal brings W+R’s suite (Cloud CMA, Cloud Streams, Cloud MLX, Cloud Attract) and its large user base into Lone Wolf’s marketplace to deepen its cloud/SaaS offering for real estate agents, brokers, MLSs, and associations across North America.
