BCN Group, a PE-backed UK managed services and digital transformation provider, has acquired NewCMI (CMI), a Microsoft Solutions Partner and MSP with offices in London, Belfast and the Thames Valley. The add‑on strengthens BCN's Microsoft-first capabilities and gives the group an expanded footprint in the South East of England and Northern Ireland; Panoramic Growth Equity (the prior investor in CMI) exited the business.

CMi2i, an investor intelligence and shareholder engagement adviser headquartered in London with ~20 employees and offices in New York, Milan and Madrid, has been integrated into Computershare and its staff transferred to the group.

Centerbridge and Bridgeport Acquire Computer Services, Inc. for $1.6 Billion

Private equity firms Centerbridge Partners and Bridgeport Partners completed an all-cash $1.6 billion acquisition of Computer Services, Inc. (CSI), taking the company private at $58.00 per share and causing its common stock to cease trading on the OTCQX. The deal positions CSI to accelerate investment in cloud, R&D, and expanded fintech/regtech product capabilities to better serve community banks, fintechs and corporate customers.

FluidOne Acquires Marathon Information Technology Services

Livingbridge-backed FluidOne has acquired Marathon Information Technology Services Ltd, a Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in cloud transformation, modern workplace, security and contact centre solutions. The bolt-on expands FluidOne's Connected Cloud offering — completing its IT capability to better serve mid-market and enterprise customers — and is the firm's fourth add-on under Livingbridge, joining a group with roughly £68m revenue and ~310 staff.
