CoolSys, an Ares-backed nationwide provider of refrigeration, HVAC, energy and engineering solutions, has acquired 1GNITE Solutions, an asset recovery, recommerce and facility services company headquartered in Texas. The acquisition expands CoolSys’s sustainability and lifecycle service offerings by adding equipment decommissioning, recommerce and facility cleanout capabilities across its nationwide customer base.
