Gold Medal Pools, a Frisco-based pool builder and contractor, has acquired A+ Reliable Pool Service (owned by Bob and Rena Bauer) to expand its pool service and maintenance business across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The deal closed July 21, 2023; existing owners The Cynosure Group and CEO Josh Sandler retain a significant stake and Sandler will continue to lead the company as Tenex provides capital and operational support to accelerate growth and tuck-in acquisitions.
