Banyan Software has acquired Camis Inc., a Guelph, Ontario–based provider of reservation and facilities management SaaS for government-operated parks and campgrounds across Canada and the United States. Banyan said it will invest in Camis' technology and employees to continue product development and support its client base of federal, state and provincial park managers.
