Bertram Capital portfolio company ReVamp Companies has merged with The Vinyl Outlet, a Buffalo-based residential fencing and decking installer, to expand ReVamp's fencing and decking division and extend its service territory into Western New York. Terms were not disclosed; ReVamp will leverage Bertram Capital's in-house technology team, Bertram Labs, to support customer acquisition and operational expansion.

TorQuest Partners and Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) announced a majority investment in Barrette Outdoor Living Inc., North America’s leading manufacturer of vinyl, aluminum and steel fence and railing, composite decking, and other outdoor products. Les Entreprises Barrette Ltée will retain a significant minority stake and the company's management team, led by CEO Jean desAutels, will remain in place; terms were not disclosed. The investors said the capital will support the company’s next phase of growth and geographic expansion across North America.

FTV Capital Invests $35M in Vórtx
