Wellbred Trading SA (Geneva) has acquired La Nivernaise de Raffinage SAS, a biodiesel refinery in Prémery, France that converts used cooking oil into biofuels. The deal preserves all 35 employees and supports Wellbred's expansion into the French renewable fuels market and broader European biodiesel trading and distribution.
