Southlake, Texas-based PulseTech Products Corporation has acquired Zamp Solar (SNJ Enterprises, Inc.), a Bend, Oregon-based designer and manufacturer of off-grid and portable 12-volt solar modules and kits. The acquisition adds solar module manufacturing and portable energy solutions to PulseTech’s battery maintenance and charging product portfolio, expanding its capabilities and end-market reach into RV, marine and industrial/off-grid customers.
