AMS Group Acquires BW Medical (medical accountancy practice)

Manchester-headquartered AMS Group has acquired Newcastle-based BW Medical, a specialist accountancy practice serving healthcare professionals and GP practices across the UK. The deal brings roughly 30 staff (including three directors) into AMS, expanding its AMS Medical team to more than 100 people and strengthening its NHS pension, GP advisory and healthcare compliance capabilities.
