AssuredPartners (AP), a global insurance brokerage based in Orlando, Florida, has acquired CoyleKiley Insurance Agency, Inc., a Rockford, Illinois-based broker of property & casualty, employee benefits, personal lines and life insurance solutions. The CoyleKiley team will remain under agency president Dana Kiley and the deal expands AssuredPartners' footprint in its Great Lakes Region.
