Apollo-managed funds have completed the acquisition of a majority interest in Stream Data Centers (SDC). Principal Asset Management acquired a minority stake while SDC’s management retains a minority ownership; the capital will be used to scale SDC’s multi‑gigawatt hyperscale and AI-focused development pipeline from its Dallas headquarters.
