L Catterton Acquires LTP Home Services Group

L Catterton has agreed to acquire LTP Home Services Group, a residential plumbing and HVAC platform operating under brands including Len the Plumber, from Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), which will retain a minority stake and a board seat.
