MeridianLink has acquired Teledata Communications, Inc. (TCI), the maker of DecisionLender, a SaaS loan origination system used by hundreds of banks and credit unions. The acquisition adds DecisionLender to MeridianLink’s product suite and is intended to accelerate loan origination solution (LOS) innovation and expand MeridianLink’s lending capabilities.

SES S.A. Acquires Intelsat S.A. for $3.1 Billion

SES S.A. agreed to buy Intelsat S.A. by purchasing 100% of the equity of Intelsat Holdings S.a.r.l. for $3.1 billion, creating a more robust multi-orbit satellite operator. Tech Data Acquires DLT Solutions

Aviat Networks to Acquire Redline Communications

Aviat Networks (Nasdaq: AVNW) has entered into an arrangement agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of Redline Communications Group (TSX: RDL) for CAD 0.90 per share in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately CAD 16.2 million. The acquisition, to be funded from Aviat's cash on hand and subject to customary regulatory and court approvals, will add Redline's wireless access capabilities (including Private LTE/5G and industrial PTP/PTMP) to Aviat's wireless transport portfolio to expand its private networks offerings and serve Oil & Gas, mining and transportation customers.
