The deal brings over 200 employees (including ~145 consultants) and a deep biotech client base to Clinigen, expanding its end-to-end lifecycle services from clinical strategy through global commercialisation.

The capital will fund team expansion, adjacent service lines and potential tuck-in acquisitions; Simon Kennedy joined SSI Strategy's board in conjunction with the investment.

Chartis Acquires HealthScape Advisors

Remote Medical International Acquires SSI Group

The deal expands Remote Medical's presence in the renewable energy sector and adds SSI's emergency response, global risk management and international safety capabilities to Remote Medical's workplace health and safety services; company leadership roles for SSI executives were retained and integrated into Remote Medical's global organization. Terms were not disclosed.

SAI MedPartners Acquires PharmaForce International

SAI MedPartners, a consultancy focused on strategic insights and analytics for the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries, has acquired PharmaForce International, a Reading, Pennsylvania–based market intelligence and syndicated research firm. The acquisition adds PharmaForce's commercial benchmarking and syndicated research capabilities to SAI's competitive intelligence offerings; SAI is PE-backed by Northlane Capital Partners (which partnered with management to acquire SAI in June 2022).
