The acquisition expands Fi-Foil’s reflective insulation product line and U.S. manufacturing and geographic sales coverage across the southwestern and southeastern United States; terms were not disclosed.

Validere Acquires Clairifi

FTV Capital Invests $45M in Validus Risk Management
