Carlyle and NextStage Invest $70M in Inpart (formerly Inova)

Carlyle and NextStage AM have provided a $70 million growth investment in Inpart (formerly Inova). Carlyle will become the company’s largest shareholder while management and historic investor NextStage AM remain committed; proceeds will fund growth, product innovation and M&A initiatives.
